- What characteristics do you think make a good leader?
- Pick one of those characteristics and tell me why you think it is important for a leader to have that character trait.
- Do you consider yourself to be a leader? Why or why not?
You probably know that our president is a leader. He leads our country. However, there are many other leaders in the government, our schools, our homes, and our world. Please answer the following questions about leaders.

We started reading Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief last week. So far, we're off to a great start! I would like you to comment on how much background information you have on the book. Have you read any or all of the Percy Jackson series? Have you seen the movie? Are you interested in learning about Mythology?
Here is the response I would use (you can check to see how I commented by clicking on "Comments"):
Since I took Mythology class in 7th grade and I read Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief this summer, I feel like I have a lot of schema about Percy Jackson and the gods and goddesses in the book. I have also seen the movie two times. I am very interested in reading this book again so I can notice details that I may not have seen the first time I read it.
